I started Montagano Real Estate Group in 2016 based on two simple ideas. Hard work works. Relationships matter.

At the time I didn't know how different those ideas were. I didn't foresee clients becoming friends, skeptics becoming advocates. I just wanted to blaze my own path and help people along the way. But those two simple ideas were different. They are still different. And it's led to growth behond my wildest dreams.

REALTOR®s help people buy and sell houses. This industry has undergone a lot of change in the last 10 years. And many say technology is changing everything. Except...it's not.

In 2022, I was humbled to introduce to you, Lockstep Realty, a new name for the same company built upon these core ideas. We renamed for many reasons, but primarily because this company isn't about Montagano, it's about Lockstep.
