Originally from Angola, Indiana, Xavier now calls The Old Northside in Downtown Indianapolis home. With a genuine desire to make the home-buying and selling experience easier, Xavier brings a thoughtful and educational approach to real estate.

For Xavier, real estate is about simplifying the process and breaking down barriers. He enjoys educating his clients, finding practical solutions, and helping them navigate what can often feel like an overwhelming journey. His clients know him for being empathetic, communicative, and genuine.

When he's not helping clients reach their real estate goals, Xavier enjoys working out, discovering a great local dinner spot, and supporting Indianapolis' local coffee shops. He also teaches a high school Color Guard program, where he helps shape young minds and develop skills through the performing arts.
