I spent over a decade as a financial advisor, including several years running my own independent planning firm, before real estate ever entered the picture. That changed through my work with Alex Montagano. I helped him with the numbers back when he was still an individual realtor, and that relationship turned into something more as I started investing in real estate myself, with Alex showing me the ropes along the way.

By 2024, working together had become such a natural fit that I closed my own firm to join Lockstep Realty as CFO. These days I wear two hats, CFO and Chief of Staff, handling the company's finances, strategic planning, and project management. A lot of my job comes down to making sure the money side of things is solid enough that our agents can focus on their clients instead of worrying about what's happening behind the scenes. I also manage Alex's portfolio of investment properties, keeping an eye on where each one stands and where it's headed.

At home, I'm in Butler-Tarkington with my wife, Kathleen, and our two kids, Liam and Elise. I'm a sports guy through and through, and you'll usually find me on a basketball court somewhere. When I'm not doing that, I'm probably out in the garden or just enjoying time with the family.
