As Director of Marketing at Lockstep Realty, I build the strategies, systems, and brand behind our growth, everything from recruiting and content to digital marketing, website strategy, and brand development. The goal is a marketing engine that actually supports agents at every stage, not just a prettier logo.
I've spent almost a decade in marketing across corporate, agency, startup, and freelance work, so I bring a strategic and creative eye along with data to back it up. I studied Communication Studies at Indiana University and have always been drawn to the mix of storytelling, strategy, and relationships that good marketing runs on.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me exploring somewhere new with my newlywed husband and our dog, Reese. Hiking, unique Airbnbs, a new coffee shop, whatever we haven't tried yet, we're always looking for the next thing. These days we're also getting ready for a new arrival in March 2027, so add baby gear and advice to the list of things we're collecting.
That's the real goal here: a company agents are proud to be part of and clients are excited to work with.
Favorite local spot
King Jugg Brewing Company is my version of Cheers—a place where everyone knows everyone. It's a welcoming neighborhood brewery that's just as friendly for dogs and kids as it is for great conversations. The food is fantastic, but the atmosphere is what keeps us coming back.
Fav hobby
I love traveling with my husband and our dog, Reese, exploring new cities, discovering hidden gems, and making memories wherever the road takes us.
Pets
Reese is my pride and joy—an 8½-year-old Pooton who definitely runs the household. I like to joke that I work hard so he can live his best life, and every now and then he clocks in as Lockstep's unofficial "Barketing Manager."
Weekend Activity
If we're not traveling, you'll usually find us outside. We love hiking, kayaking, drive-in movies, and checking out dog-friendly breweries, restaurants, and local spots around Indiana.
