Melanie Vogel: Director of Marketing at Lockstep Realty – Building the Engine Behind Growth

As Director of Marketing at Lockstep Realty, I'm focused on building the strategies, systems, and brand that help our company—and our agents—grow. From recruiting and content creation to digital marketing, website strategy, and brand development, my goal is to create a marketing engine that strengthens the Lockstep brand and supports every stage of our growth.

With nearly a decade of marketing experience across corporate, agency, startup, and freelance environments, I bring a strategic, creative, and data-driven approach to everything I do. I graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Communication Studies and have always loved the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and building meaningful relationships.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me exploring somewhere new with my newlywed husband and our dog, Reese. Whether we're hiking, staying in unique Airbnbs, finding a new coffee shop, or trying an activity we've never done before, we're always looking for our next adventure.
