I began my search for a new home with a 'traditional lender' who… quickly approved me, making me feel like my good credit had finally paid off. Then, I logged onto Zillow, clicked 'find me an agent,' and out of the clouds, Paul Staff was delivered. He is the stroke of luck who upgraded my entire life.
Upon meeting Paul, my lady and I were immediately comforted by Paul’s…everything. My partner, Sarah, and I are not easily fooled. We've seen it all, and Paul stepped right past our defenses into the realm of neighbor and friend.
Paul and his daughter Becca, also a realtor, showed us three homes. What a team! They gave us the space and time we needed to examine the homes. Paul asked surprisingly helpful questions about how we actually live in our house, then pointed out the pros and cons in each space. His insights were dependable and accurate. All the while, Becca rained down technical facts and conjectures about the home, the market, the neighborhood, and ‘the vibe’ as if she lived next door to each house. When we chose a home, I gave over all aspects of the deal to Paul without reservations. When the buyer accepted our bid, Paul worked out the details in a day. He then unleashed a network of contractors from what seemed a private vault. Someone called to transfer our utilities. Painter? Fencer? Movers? Hired hired hired, all of whom came through and did great work for us! When can you ever say that about contacts and contractors? What magic doth Paul heap upon us that we are all enamored by him?
It’s my guess that a man so good to everyone draws like people to him.
