Paul Staff brings a diverse background and a passion for people to his work as a trusted Central Indiana Realtor. Originally from New York and Florida, Paul’s journey took him through Massachusetts for college and then to Chicago, where he spent 15 years before settling in Indianapolis over a decade ago. His wide-ranging experiences have given him a deep appreciation for what makes a house feel like a home, and what makes Indianapolis real estate so special.

Paul was drawn to real estate by the freedom to build his own business, connect with people, and experience the excitement of making great deals happen. Known by his clients as focused, patient, and confident, Paul thrives on helping buyers and sellers navigate their real estate journeys with ease and enjoyment. He especially loves the buyer consultation process, where he listens closely, crafts a tailored plan, and helps clients see that finding a home can be both fun and stress-free.

Outside of real estate, Paul’s life revolves around family. He and his wife, Cathy, are proud parents of two daughters and six spirited Shih Tzus who fill their home with joy. When he’s not helping clients or spending time with family, you’ll often find him enjoying some of Indianapolis’s best restaurants, like Bodhi downtown, Mama Carolla’s, or Blue Sushi Sake.
