My path into real estate wasn’t exactly traditional. Before entering the industry in 2020, I worked in fitness and spent time as a stay-at-home mom. I started in an administrative role and quickly realized I loved the people, the pace, and being the person behind the scenes helping keep everything moving.

Today, I’m the Chief Operations Officer at Lockstep Realty, making sure our agents and team have what they need to be successful. That might mean building better systems, solving problems, supporting our clients, or jumping in wherever I’m needed. I care about the details, but I care just as much about the people. Around the office, I’ve earned the nickname “culture queen,” and I’m pretty happy to have it. I want Lockstep to be a place where people enjoy coming to work, feel supported, and know they’re surrounded by people who genuinely care. We work hard and hold ourselves to a high standard, but I believe you can do great work and have fun doing it.

Outside of Lockstep, I love fitness, exploring Indianapolis, and spending time with my husband and watching our young adult kids build lives of their own. Family, relationships, and taking care of people matter a lot to me, and that carries into how I show up at work every day.
